Facility Member: Any Facility that focuses on Ambulatory surgery that is Medicare certified/and or licensed by the state or is under development and intends to become CMS certified or State licensed is eligible for membership $500

Individual Member: Any individual (e.g.: consultant, CPA) that provides services to an ASC or any Healthcare Provider/Administrator that is not employed by or holds interest in any ASC $250

Auxiliary Member: Any Organization or Company that provides services or supplies to an ASC.  An Auxiliary member will be a non-voting member $1000
